'Picasso Painting & Decorating carried out two jobs for us, one in October 2005 and one in August 2006.

In  October 2006 he painted our complete office internally. The work was carried out to a high specification and completed within the time periods quoted. Richard always worked unsupervised, causing the minimal amount of mess and always tidied up after himself.

In August 2006 Richard decorated all our external windows and doors, this was a large job as we have 27 units on our site and Richard carried out with no fuss and nearly every unit holder has comented on how pleased they were with the final job.

I have known Richard for 23 years, he is reliable, honest and trustworthy and we will no doubt be using his services again in the near future.'
